    摘要:

    混凝土实测应变由温度应变、应力应变、收缩徐变应变等组成,从中获取反应结构受力的应力应变对桥梁受力评价和施工控制具有重要意义。本文通过分析混凝土应变的组成,基于混凝土应变和温度的同步连续监测数据,提出了以温度应变为主的非应力应变剔除方法,使监测应变能更精确地反应结构的真实受力状态,并以宁波市轨道交通4号线上跨杭深、萧甬铁路工程跨铁路节点桥为例介绍了该方法,从而为结构应力分析和施工控制提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    The measured strain value of concrete structure consists of temperature strain, stress strain, shrinkage strain and creep strain, etc. It is invaluable for bridge stress evaluation and construction control to obtain the strain due to structural stress from the measured strain. Based on the measured data of concrete strain and temperature obtained by continuous synchronous monitoring, an elimination method of temperature strain was proposed. This method can make the monitoring strain accurately reflect the real stress state of the structure. And was applied and verified in a crossing-aboveSbridge in Ningbo Rail Transit Line 4, that across over Hangzhou-Shenzhen railway and Xiaoshan-Ningbo railway. It provided the basis for structural stress analysis and construction control.
