Abstract:At present, the super-large urban underground public space has complex interfaces and involves many professional and management departments. The traditional planning and design division and management can no longer meet the requirements. Based on the development practice of the underground public space complex on the tip of Hengli Island, Nansha, Guangzhou, this paper discusses the management of complex underground space planning and design, involving management mechanism, development mode, technical support and other factors, and proposes an urban underground public space based on area development. The spatial integrated development model is expected to provide a reference for the planning, design and management of urban underground public space developed in similar areas.
