废旧混凝土再生粉料改良高液限黏土试验研究

    摘要:

    针对直接采用高液限黏土填筑路基可能会因强度和稳定性不足而出现不同程度的病害,以洞庭湖区分布的高液限黏土为研究对象,通过掺加试验室制备的废旧混凝土再生粉料,开展高液限黏土改良试验研究。掺加量分别设定为5%、10%、15%,养生周期分别为7d、14d、28d、90d,研究了液塑限、CBR承载比以及无侧限抗压强度等指标的变化情况,并与3%水泥改良土进行对比分析。试验结果表明:以10%掺加量再生粉料改良高液限土,养生周期14d,具有显著的强度提升效果。

    Abstract:

    For the direct use of high-liquid-limit clay fill roadbed may have different degrees of disease due to insufficient strength and stability, Taking the high liquid limit clay distributed in the Dongting Lake area as the object of study, By mixing the recycled powder of waste concrete prepared in the laboratory, Conduct experimental research on high liquid limit clay improvement, The dosing amounts are set at 5%, 10% and 15%, respectively,The regimen cycles were 7d, 14d, 28d and 90d, respectively. The variation of liquid-plastic limit, CBR bearing ratio and unconfined compressive strength were studied, and compared with 3% cement amended soil. The test results show that the improvement of high liquid limit soil with 10% admixture of recycled powder and 14d regeneration period has significant strength enhancement effect.
