    摘要:

    可供大跨度混凝土斜拉桥拆除施工参考的工程实例不多,其拆除过程的施工监控对整个拆除施工起到重要的指导作用。以上海市泖港大桥老桥中跨200m的混凝土斜拉桥为工程实例,讨论了老桥拆除施工监控的原则,介绍了施工监控结构分析的主要思路与内容,设计了满足拆桥监控需要的现场监测系统。在老桥拆除过程中,通过斜拉索索力、主塔偏位、主梁位移这些主要控制参数理论值与实测值的比较以及关注主塔与主梁关键截面应力的变化,对拆桥过程的结构安全风险进行了有效的控制,确保了老桥的顺利拆除。

    Abstract:

    As there are few engineering examples of demolition construction of long-span concrete cable-stayed bridge for reference, construction monitoring of its demolition process plays an important guiding role in whole demolition construction. Taking the concrete cable-stayed bridge with a middle span of 200m of the old bridge of Maogang bridge in Shanghai as an engineering example, this paper discusses principles of construction monitoring of the old bridge demolition, introduces main ideas and contents of structural analysis for construction monitoring, and designs an on-site monitoring system to meet the needs of bridge demolition monitoring. During demolition of the old bridge, through comparison between theoretical and measured values of main controlling parameters such as stay cable force, main tower deflection and main beam displacement, and paying attention to changes of stresses in key sections of the main tower and main beam, structural safety risk in demolition process is effectively controlled to ensure smooth demolition of the old bridge.
