Abstract:With the development of economy and society, people have higher and higher requirements for the landscape and comfort of pedestrian bridges. Based on the engineering background of a pedestrian bridge at Yizhongdongmen in Zhuhai, this article introduces a pedestrian bridge design method that combines the side piers of the main bridge of the flyover and the elevator structure to optimize the space under the bridge, and adopts MIDAS and ABAQUS limited The meta-software calculates and analyzes the structure, and the calculation results show that: the overpass stress check, deflection check, comfort check and partial check of the elevator pier under eccentric load all meet the requirements of the design code, indicating that the structure design is safe, reliable and reasonable. The bridge design method based on the optimization of the space under the bridge can provide a certain reference value for the design of similar pedestrian bridges.
