Through the investigation and analysis of common diseases of “white and black”pavement, it is considered that the longitudinal and transverse joints and some cracks of old cement concrete pavement are the main reasons for the cracking and expansion of asphalt layer. Combined with engineering examples, the paper introduced the application of micro-crack homogenization treatment technology in the reconstruction of “white and black”pavement. It was proved that the technology has good effect in the reconstruction and a good prospect.
