Abstract:Aiming at the problems of bearing sliding, isolation of seismic force and subsequent seismic limit of beams of small and medium-sized span beam bridges, a rhombic steel damping bearing with excellent hysteretic energy dissipation characteristics and engineering practicability is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the structural form and working mechanism of the bearing are introduced in detail, and the deformation mode and mechanical behavior of rhombic steel damper are studied by means of numerical simulation. Then, taking a typical beam bridge as an example, the sliding constraint system, damping system with rhombic steel damping bearing, shear force and bending moment demand of pier bottom under fixed restraint system, seismic response of relative displacement of pier and beam are comparative analyzed, and then demonstrate the damping effect of rhombic steel damping bearing in this paper.
