As China’s socio-economic development as well as increasing requirement of environment protection, urban wastewater purification plants are confronted with a new wave of standard emission task. This paper introduced one specified integrated gas flotation device that has been applied as temporary effluent treatment in the renovation of wastewater purification plant without water suspension. Several sections were discussed in the paper, which contain the situation of the installment and commissioning of the air flotation device. Through statistical processing of the water quality tests, the device’s technological efficiency was guaranteed in the paper. Besides, this paper worked out on the economy based on the calculation of drug consumption and electricity efficiency during test process, which provides reference for engineering solutions with homogeneous projects.
