Abstract:With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway, more and more high-speed railway stations built up in small and medium-sized cities. The station square and public transportation stations and terminus have become an important part of high-speed railway stations. Taking the comprehensive transit hub project of Shengzhou Xinchang station as an example, this paper states the function and the external traffic organization flow of the station square. Besides, it predicts the scale of the traffic stations included in this transfer hub. In addition, this paper discusses the spatial organization layout form and the internal traffic organization streamline of the station square. Reasonably planning the spatial layout of the station square, avoiding the conflict between people and vehicles, and reducing the interweaving of vehicle models, it will consequently form an efficient, convenient and humanized urban comprehensive transit hub.
