With the deepening of urbanization process, the construction of urban core area is gradually complex, and the working mechanism of planning and design has changed significantly. Relaying on the underground space engineering planning and design of Hengli Island Tip in Nansha New Area of Guangzhou, the existing planning and design work are innovated for replying this change, which forms the working mechanism suitable for the areal underground space development.
