Abstract:This paper introduces researches of vibration controls for a pedestrian landscape bridge. To realize architectural modeling, designers adopt complex space truss. Structures stiffnesses in all directions are small. Structures natural frequencies are approach walking sensitivity frequencies, and it may provoke large vibrations. So, designers choose TMD as vibration controls measures. This paper gives dynamic analysis of original structures, TMD arrangements designs, analyzing of damping effects, parameters analyzing and adaptabilities of TMD. By theoretical research and practical applications, bridge damping effects reach design goals.
