As an important carrier of data information, BIM model is an important means to realize the digital construction and information integration of a project, which can continuously relate and update the progress, quality, measurement and other information of a project, and be an important guarantee to carry out the refined control in the process of project implementation. Taking Xuzhou Xuhan Highway Rapid Reconstruction Project as an example, each application of BIM platform in the whole process of construction is specially studied. How to control the engineering quality and schedule of the project and to how to build the safety and environmental protection line of the project in the construction process for this platform are analyzed. And the automated intermediate metering work is completed. Relying on the information integration of BIM, a multi-dimensional, multi-scale, all-around and overall-process management solution of the project is built for this platform, which provides the important help for efficient and digital construction management of the project.
