In order to study the cracks and deformations of precast piers during storage, the 312 National Highway extension bridge was used as the engineering background, and the finite element method was used to establish a physical model of the precast piers for static analysis. The effects of different influencing factors on the mechanical performance and displacement deformation during storage were studied. influences. The results show that during the horizontal storage of the precast piers, the supports are arranged at the same positive and negative bending moments and the number of layers is one layer to avoid cracks and deformations of the precast piers under the load of its own weight and the lower supports. The control index obtained by the research will have a certain guiding effect on the engineering application of precast bridge piers.
