In order to study the influence of expansive agent and rubber particles on the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete, the mechanical properties of concrete mixed with the different kinds and amounts of expansive agent and the different proportions of rubber particles are studied. The test results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete can be improved by adding the expansion agent into the concrete, which makes up for the partial reduction of the strength of concrete after adding rubber. When the content of expansion agent is 10% and the content of rubber is 6%, the mixed performance of the two is better than that of other concrete specimen. The strength of concrete specimen is improved by adding CSA expansion agent better than that of CHA expansion agent.
