With the increase of car ownership in China, the shortage of urban parking space is getting big, especially in the central urban area. The larger density of development has caused the serious problems of land shortage, traffic congestion and parking difficulty. Under the background from the outer edge of the extensive form to the intensive and compact development in the current, it is very urgent to solve the urban parking problem. How to solve the urban parking problems of central urban area in the environment of high-density development and land shortage is specially studied. On the basis of analyzing the comprehensive solutions of urban parking, a new solution of "underground + stereo + intelligent" parking is proposed, the solution of these three aspects is discussed respectively, and the development proposal of parking solution in central urban area is put forward, which can provide the reference for the implementation of urban parking solutions in the future.
